ABOUT LESLIE

Born and raised in Petaluma, I was brought up with small-town values. Our family celebrated holidays with neighbors and I played with my friends in the neighborhood. This is where I developed the foundation of community and caring for others. Who I am is formed from those moments.

Those small-town values have served me well and helped me shape my Real Estate Business. Integrity, honesty, hard work…and just plain having fun are my core values which guide me each day. I refer to my career as a Realtor, someone who loves “Connecting Hearts at Homes.” I am a fierce advocate for each client – looking out for their best interests before, during and after each transaction. I strive to make my clients feel a part of my family and build a lasting relationship as apart the process.

I love people and I very much care for everyone's well-being. With that being said, it is very important to me to give back to the community that has been so good to me and my family. To show my support, a portion of my proceeds from every transaction are donated to non-profits such as: Leukemia Lymphoma Society, Susan G. Komen, Elk Grove Youth Soccer League, Laguna Youth Baseball, Consumes Oaks High School Soccer Program, Zhender Ranch Elementary School, and the Elk Grove Animal Shelter. I also give my time and energy to the annual Keller William's "Red Day." Red day is spent helping a local community organization by painting, landscaping, general cleanup, etc. to help their organization’s needs.

I spent most of my life in the marketing and underwriting world of the insurance industry where attention to detail, contract negotiation, planning and being proactive were all keys to my success. When we experienced the huge economy crash in 2008, I quickly knew this was the time for me to jump into Real Estate. My family & I experienced the purchase and the loss of our home to the foreclosure process. This was emotionally and financially draining for my family & I. I am a problem solver by nature, so I vowed I would not let another family or person experience such a travesty of dishonesty and underhandedness that we had experienced. We trusted the wrong people with such a large financial investment of ours. That is a cornerstone to my business today. I'm an advocate for my clients and I educate them throughout every transaction. They know they have someone in their corner that is looking out for them and their best interests at all times.
